Please post your manipulated images!
Hints tips and advice on 'how its done' welcome from all.
Phil started this topic but I have merged the tweaks from the Oct Pics topic .... unfortunatly it merges in date and time order
Hope that explains the odd order of the posts
Lowestoft railway station, here is a question is this a true picture or has it been worked on ?

Lets say its an observation thing. We tend to accept what we think we see, in this picture there has been some adjustment, I will post the original later today as a sort of before and after.

I would guess the editing has been done on that white concrete barrier thing at the front. Either it's been 'cleaned up' (ie made more white), or some things have been edited off it?
Maybe an online game could be made from this idea? Spot the alteration. Some people here are great at editing photos & it could be fun.

I dont know about that but Phil has made a topic fro modified images. The one I posted had the departure/ Arrivals board cloned out ---- here is the original
I suggest that any more should be in the new topic.

Doh, of course. Now you mention it it's obvious.
Editing sky is one of the hardest things to do. If you look closely you can see where the colours blur & dont quite match the surround. There's so many subtle changes of colour in sky, maybe the solution is to edit a completely different sky background into the picture? Good shot though, Robin, I certainly didn't spot that first time round, but with the two side by side it's obvious!

There are lots of stuff you can do with images and software like Paintshop and Photoshop. You have seen several 'tweaks' by our members all good and entertaining.
The best technique is to get the composition right first, and there are many tutorials books and websites to help with the subject.
But I like to have a bit of fun with images to see if I can create somthing that was not there commonly known as 'creative imaging'
Here is an image I made up from 2 pictures
The first 2 are original the 3rd is the imaginary place.
