the cracks are here..Many things in nhs could be solved without penny spent..whats the point of having one good caring nurse with ounce of common sense when the rest have not,that nurse burns out and leaves....i have worked under the old nhs of the 70's and up to 90's by the 90's hygine had become a thing of the past folowed by good dieticians food cooked on site etc etc etc.
my son works in nhs and his moral is in his boots now.
