For me 99.9% of that figure has been since the end of February 2010.   It's having to keep an eye on all of the other members' posts that accounts for most of that.   I have been a member since 2003 but had hardly been on here before then and never posted until less than two years ago.

You can of course view any members time by going to their profile and clicking on the link to show their general statistics.
