BB: No - there wasn't a reboot (it was complicated enough speaking PlusNet And changing things on the computer at that time of the morning!); the only thing that I omitted from my post @ 7:15pm (but mentioned in my earlier post) was that "We adjusted the Netgear setting “Wireless Network - channel” and changed [it] from 11 to 6".  But twixt computer and router is the wall.
