Curtains
« Posted: 04 December 2011 at 08:21 AM »
Does anyone know of a local person / firm who makes and fits curtains - other than the two local firms listed in Yellow pages?

Don't know which ones are listed in Yellow Pages, but I do know that Come and Sew are very good. [they are where Edwards used to be, above where the Spread Eagle is on the High Street.]

That's no problem . . . and I'll come to you for a loan if necessary!
The first part of the work would come under the category of urgent. Local firms can't take it on as they're got so much work to do before the latter part of the month. I contacted the Norwich firm and, whilst they gave the same response - when I explained what needed to be done they kindly agreed to help me out. I'll see them on Wednesday late morning. It'll be worth it to get it done; I also need another job done - and they help me - I'll help them.
