You don't even get the snow cleared from the paths nowadays, everybody is scared of getting sued if somebody slips over on the bit they cleared.

i was listening to the world service radio 4,apparently in paris dog mess is about 20tons i not sure if it a week or a day,which ever its rather alot.they get average weight of a  dollop times it...now the french are getting as p'd off as me,so they turned it into art...by which they spray each dollop with bright paint and stick something on top usually pic of person and dog who did it or mountain range etc...if whole nation are ashamed of their towns then lowestofians should be...they also made dog dooing a criminal offence.
i see no reason why we can't do the same.
