In the latter part of the fifties I was repairing car bodywork & chassis to earn extra money, and I often did work for Harry critoph on long road, Builder/garage/dealer etc you name it. He was the nicest of guys a loveable rouge type but he was the sort of chap who might rob his own grandmother.
Well in his garage he used to have a few mattresses on the floor and we would roll customers cars over on to the side & roof to get to repair the floor or chassis.
It was done much better than he previously did it he would fill the chassis up with chickenmesh wire & fill it with concrete, under seal it & job done.

It's changed a bit since then.
