I'm told by one of the workmen there that it's opening next weekend. Looks very smart.

I was disappointed to be told it was shut as i love The Commodore but hey it will be ready for my next visit. Great news. Smiley

Have anybody got any photos of the commodore, or commodore rd. I used to live in the old cottages that is now the Commodore car park.  my father used to work for the Darbys years ago.

In fact i would be intersted in any old photos of old Oulton Broad, and Lowestoft.

Hi we stopped at The Commodore yesterday and spoke to the workmen. They said the pub would be open this Friday  and food would be served as from next Wednesday .The place looks so impresive we are looking forward to trying it out but they still look as if they have a bit of work to do.It really look great.
