Robbie, your analysis of the figures doesn't stack up (post #7). I was the 2,459,762,975th person alive on earth when I was born in 1947. All those people before me would have been aged up to the oldest person alive on earth at that time. If that person was alive today he/she would probably be in the region of 164 years old (assuming the oldest person alive when I was born was 100). Therefore a fair number of those 2.459 Billion alive in 1947 will now be deceased.

telling SWMBO about this I mentioned she should apply her dates to see
how ancient
number she is
the reply was that's all a load of baloney as what about the
unrecorded births around the world
