Greece has called for a referendium (knowing full well the Greek population is not in love with the Euro) Do you think this is the first building block in the demise of the Euro

Not much interest in this topic yet fc, Germany & france seem to be putting pressure on Greece to get an early decision on their referendum & it is obvious every body is worried about it. I feel sure that the Europeans will find a way through whatever the outcome is to be. I just hope that we can extradite ourselves from this great shambles of a common Market.

I wish Aussie,- never felt it was right in the first place and feel it more than ever now. At least if you stand alone you fall alone if you stand in tandem the domino effect takes place I never understood how you could put a load of coutries together with different views, different cultures and differet tax systems and expect it to all fuse together perfectly, just because we live o the same continent

Seems as if Greece s governmet is about to be dissolved, things happening fast, looking more likely that they may leave EU who else will follow?

Obviously we have now moved on, Italy too is in trouple a few months ago we were told if Spain or Italy went down it would be the end of the European Union. Last night I heard  on the radio that France and Germany are in talks to possibly change or reduce the European membership. Is this  a move to make a two tiered Europe ? Do you feel this is a wise or maybe the only move
