Ship Wreck
« Posted: 07 October 2011 at 05:07 PM »
Hi all - does anyone have any info/knowledge of the shipwreck in the photo below. It would appear to be on the beach near Pakefield (it's me on the right of the picture) I look about 6-8 years old, so it would be mid to late 50's. I can't quite read the name (possibly Stanley from Cardiff?) and it looks like there has been a fire on board. It would seem that I was there with my dad (who took the picture) maybe the day after it happened. It would be great to find out more.
