Dranon fly and butterfly,think the butterfly is a small copper or a purple-shot copper.It would n't open it's wings for a better look .

Had a very good afternoon found some small dragonflies took about 87 photos and finished up with seven worth keeping .Will be glad to get my other camera back from the menders ,it's spent all summer there hopefully this time it will be fixed .
Dragonfly is a female Red-veined Darter.

These look like very small apples but they taste like a pear and are growing by the path on the Col de Bardou gorge du Heric .

It's a Praying Mantis and harmless ,I just missed standing on it  thought it was a leaf blowing about .I picked it up put it on the nearest tree .

I've never heard of it,   must be harmless, but no, I do not like spiders and such animals,
I dare do to let a ladybug on my hand , but that's it.

My sister used to have a Pampas Grass many years ago and I always liked it.  A few years ago I decided to buy one for my front garden and now I'm not so sure about it.   Maybe I'll move it next to that one.  Smiley
