Thanks Trigger and Meg, did you have one of those Rag Rugs Meg? we did complete with the burn marks made from coals from the fire!  Smiley

Great pics again ,Ray.Yes,we had rag rugs -not as fancy as the one shown.I used to have to cut the strips -made blisters on my hands!!!

Ray - thanks for the excellent pictures of the Narow Boats.  Love the painted decorations they use on many things. 

My Mum used to make the Rag Rugs too - I used to help cutting out the pieces but I used to get blisters on my delicate hands!  Smiley
