That is what I miss with this nice weather,  the sea.
A walk at the Promanade

When I visit my mother I always go to Vlissingen ,
so i can smell the fresh sea air.
At the end of the promanade we always  eat a herring sandwich

Good news for every body, and that is you can all relax & enjoy the next couple of weeks because you wont be having any posts from me, Im going on a late summer holiday. I will be weighing in at 11st4 lb. but the bad news is I shall be back maybe a stone heavier.
I have enjoyed being on Lol and so many nice characters,thanks allot for bearing with me. Heathrow on Sunday here I come.
