Where can you buy decent braces.
« Posted: 23 September 2011 at 01:50 PM »
Can anyone direct me to a shop that sells decent braces?. All I've found so far have been these ruddy chinese made things that keep pinging off everytime I bend down and where the elastic ends up looking like a shoe lace after a while.
I really want some like you see on "Cops" I guess there's aren't made in China because they'd be chasing the 'perps' with one hand holding a gun and the other holding their trousers up if they were.

What about the clothing shop in Bevan Street next to the Cafe Mango? They seem to have a wide range of goods.

Coes moved some time ago to the corner of Clapham Road/Bevan Street - in the building that was The Clapham Arms PH. The shop I was referring to sells a wide range of clothing including for the Catering Industry, etc.

Thanks for that I'll try Coes.
I've been a bit concerned about my trousers falling down, especially on top of the scaffolding!.
I can almost imagine the headlines.
