Mel, how do you know the grammar school beckons?
Did you get every question right?
If you don't need to get every question right what is the pass mark.

Yes I did it and wondered that because it didnt give a pass or fail mark or indeed say anything at the end of the test

That took me right back to sitting at a lonely desk with others my age spread around me, too far for peeping. Scared out of my wits, although I loved the essay questions. I did pass both then and now, and both times the numerical stuff gave me more trouble!

I got 13 out of 15, i was bit too young to do the 11 plus for real!

Words are my forte - not numbers -I failed my 11-plus!  Perhaps we should start an Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry page!  Grin

when i sat my 11plus i was border line so i had a interview with an official to see if i should go to grammer school.i was very shy at that age and i didnt come across well at the interview.on top of that i wanted to go to the secondry modern where my sister and my friends attended,but i was in the top class through out my school years so that was o k

you no belive but i passed it but did 13plus.my son passed it and in ilford they still do it.i can honestly say he would not be dr if he not gone to grammer..i was borderline and went to teck but left to start pre nursing school
