I said I would not go back to the Sleep Center,but I went again last night.This time as well as all the wires attached to me I had to wear a C-Pap.Well my dry mouth was worse last night so nothing solved by my two visits.Back to Dr Goodell to see if he can figure out why I am having such a bad dry mouth at night.I hope I never have to go to a Sleep Center again!The only thing good about it was I had a really nice tech with me through the night.

Err - could I point out there were some local members on here before 5:30am.  wave  So we've been and gone . . . . probably before some people were out of bed!  wave

I jumped got out of bed this morning - looked at the clock and it was 03:55, came downstairs and had my breakfast long before I switched on the computer . . . .   Smiley

Sadly, my "body clock" wakes me up when it considers I've had enough sleep (I don't have any say in it!).

It's usually anywhere between 4 and 5am - sad, I know!!  Grin

the dry mouth made me as miserable as sin lastnight,i going to try something opposite to dehumidifer must be something.my idea is get more moisture into room i let you know if it works meg.i getting up two three times a night brush my teeth take bitter orange to bed and change pillow case every day.just come off another round of anti biotics which did make marginal difference.

SD the humidifier doesn't help me -we bought a brand new one and it does nothing to help the dry mouth!

Was 100F yesterday and is supposed to be 101F today and tomorrow.  Loking forward to next week, when the highs will be in the mid 70'sF.....perfect!

Meg are you anywhere near those fires?
