Meryl, I just Google BBC or ITV i.player, then click on it.

Do you watch it on the computer or TV EP?

If you go to page 901 on the Programme Guide on your Humax - that gives details which starts: “You need a Broadband connection - either Ethernet cable or Homeplug adaptors”  You can find a bit more info on that site.

I bought the Homeplug adapters (which cost around £40).  There are two of the devices - one plugged near to your router - and connected with an ethernet cablem and the other near your TV.  An Ethernet cable goes from that one into your TV.  I got these as I wanted to watch iPlayer plus other sites.  But you need to make sure that your TV is able to receive the Broadband signals.

Here's a link to the product I bought http://www.solwise.co.uk/net-powerline-pl-85pe-mk2.htm.  You need two of these plugs.

Hope that makes a bit of sense - I'm not very good at explaining technical thingies!  Grin

Someone may be able to explain it better!!

Meryl, I have just done it successfully - it was on 'to do' list thought I'd do it now then let you know.

You need to connect the Freesat box upt o the internet, which normally means connecting a cable from your internet router to the back of the Freesat box.  After this, you need to go into the Menu settings, and choose Network.  Make sure this option is 'not' set to manual.  After this, retune your box using the Freesat Retune option.  This will then 'find' the iPlayer and ITV Player channels.

In order to play either of these you need to go to the Guide, and select On Demand.  This will display the two on demand players.

Of course, some of us don't even have router/hub in the same room as the telly!  Cheesy
