How nice! Isn't it such a small world!!!
My wife organises various events for The Oulton Methodist Wives Group and we have had Ivan Bunn round to our home on a number of occasions to present some slide shows of old Lowestoft. On his last visit it was all about that particular area of Lowestoft. It was presented in a 'how it was' and 'how it is now' sort of way. I recommend him to any group that has any interest in the town. Ivan has followed on from the most entertaining 'slide shows' that Jack Rose used to give, of which I have attended many. Ivan actually lives in the area under discussion - Crown Street West. His shows cover most of old Lowestoft - the erosion of the cliffs in the Kirkley area is most interesting.
