Disabled & Elderly, I am partially sighted so have the benefit of a national freedom pass, some Freedom passes are restricted to London only but others can be used around all of the UK.
and yes, the Freedom pass is paid by your London Borough, therefor I will have to apply for whatever Suffolk offers when I move here...

All the information regarding freedom passes can be found here: http://www.londoncouncils.gov.uk/services/freedompass/default.htm

The only other bus passes that can be used in London are Oyster cards or travel cards, they can be used nowhere else but London.

My visitors managed to use their bus pass here yesterday - we all went to Norwich for the day, so at least they did accept their bus passes.
