I use Duracell Plus (which I get from QD) in my Logitech wireless Mouse - and they last a reasonable time. I'm sure others will have their favourites.

Are you sure it's got batteries in it?
I suppose that it also depends on the amount of usage it has. I find the batteries from places like the £ stores don't seem to last long. All my remote controls (5!), etc. have Duracell - and seem to last a reasonable time - and I keep a mini-stock of them.

I would never use a wireless mouse!
Would be too much bother changing the batteries and the wire stops it from getting lost!
I would have thought Godfreys or Hi-tech in town would have all the batteries you could need to choose from, i would have thought the mouse would have come with instructions on which is the best cell to use.

How can you lose a wireless mouse?
Mine's on the desk beside the keyboard.

I did that in the Olden Days when I had a corded mouse - just goes to prove that great minds think alike!

I’ve
never
lost a remote! However, as I do have 4 different remotes on my table plus a cordless phone - I do get them muddled up sometimes - and have learned that you cannot speak to anyone using a remote - and you can’t use the phone to change channels!

Oh no! Please don’t blame me if they don’t last long!

On one occasion I found the TV remote in the kitchen (I don't have a TV there!) but it wasn't lost - it was just misplaced.
