Sunny in answer to your comment in July topics.It starts in my thigh(the pain) and goes down my leg.The steroids usually help but so far they are not working so I am even having to use my cane in the house.When I sit or stand I am fine but when I want to walk it just plain hurts!

Yes,Caz I was shown how to use the cane.I always thought you just held it in your right hand but you hold it in the opposite hand than the side that hurts!

No SD the oik didnt give himself up the police caught him he then admitted to a lot of other offences so he probably will get less time in clink but not a holiday except the houses in Lowestoft and Gt Yarmouth may get a holiday

makes you sick dont it.i still curious as to where my fence went.The little sh*ts even ripped door bell off a home for special needs people stamp on it left in gutter.
i am a maryter to bad back meg legacy of nursing days,it there 24/7 you become use to it.Think it can't get worse but do.I had all the injections burnt nerves off etc i wear the t/shirt of a back maryter..mad thing is sometimes you can lift bag of spuds but not a feather....if you can get this in the states try get lignocain patches they about 12' by 12'inch.and belladona squares they take your mind off it abit

Thanks again Caz.I am fine when just sitting or even just standing-it't walking that gives me pain but the cane sure helps.
