Apparently my post code will be switched on Nov9th and 23ed.  In the booklet that came yesterday it says to change the freeview programmes on my TV I have to use the menu on the remote and go to SET UP then select  the option of
 "full retune"  [sometimes called first time installation/ or factory reset/ or default settings] all I can see is "auto set up"  but none of these others . Am I looking in the wrong place?
