Lowestoft lost 4-1 at Salisbury today in the first round of the FA Trophy, the scoreline apparently flattered Salisbury a bit as Lowestoft did play well. Least the team can concentrate on the league a bit more now. Not sure what the attendance was.

Yes a good match with City scoring 2 goals in time added on as the Trawlerboys pressed for an equaliser

New Years Eve football tomorrow sees Lowestoft v Wingate and Finchley at the Crown Meadow.

Please note that kick off is at 1PM not 3PM (The Journal messed up today and said 3pm)

Another decent crowd is expected so lets hope we end 2011 on a positive note with a win.

A good 2-0 win for Lowestoft, outplayed a weak Wingate and Finchley side for almost all the of the game, Scott mitchell being instumental again in midfield with his pin point passes and searching runs, he also scored a great volley after 12 mins. Lowestoft V Wealdstone at the Crown Meadow today. If you cant make it there one has the opportunity to listen to live match commentary on BBC Radio Suffolk (as Ipswich have no match today)
