Loved the picture of the Silk Tree - haven't heard of that one before. Consulted good old Wikipedia and found it's of the Albizia genus (not many people know that!).

One of the Red-back Shrikes i saw in Poland, a little soft focus as i took it hold my automatic up to the eyepiece of my friends telescope, pleased it came out as well as it did.
