DOESN’T THE COACH STILL RUN TO THE SAMSON AND HERCULES ?
The building is "For Sale by Public Auction - 24th June" - and I'm sure you'll remember those two imposing figures!

had a few "moments" on the bus back home too! I'd be asleep before we got to Anglia house nowadays. Is that still there?
Yes, the good old Mecca days -alright for you ladies, us men had to wear a jacket and tie and were not allowed to take them into the cloakroom.

I once got the last train from Norwich to Yarmouth (I lived in Caister at the time), only to wake up in Norwich! It was a cold night spent outside the station waiting for the early rain home LOL!

I had a girlfriend in Norwich, last train to LT was 2300 so I used to hitch-hike there and back. latest home was 7am just in time to go to work again. I walked home from Loddon 3 times and from Beccles umpteen times. What we do for love eh?
