In older cars, that were not originally fitted with belts, seat belts are not required to be worn.

I was struggling to think of an appropriate present for my father on his 81st birthday and wondered what it would cost to buy him a personalised plate but then realised that 81 NCH was probably not appropriate for a man of his age. Sorry ladies Shocked
