Morty, all the other JU57 WE_ plates are avaiable for purchase so it's likely it's already been bought.

In older cars, that were not originally fitted with belts, seat belts are not required to be worn.

I was struggling to think of an appropriate present for my father on his 81st birthday and wondered what it would cost to buy him a personalised plate but then realised that 81 NCH was probably not appropriate for a man of his age. Sorry ladies
