Well i guess we are in for a boring Friday.....nothing but wedding footage, they need to put it on a channel of its own and not pre-empty all the good channels.

I always think that when there are about 5 channels all taken up with sport.

You surer it will be on all channels? I remember when Diana died, it was on 4 of the channels, but channel 5 showed cartoons!

Ithink maybe we have had more coverage so far than you in England.I bet it will be on for most of the day on quite a few of our channels.I agree with Meryl.Sports always takes precedence over regular programmes over here.On Sunday nights it is hard to tape any shows as you never know when the golf, basketball, hockey etc will be over!!!!

smileyt: I'm sure that there are other channels you can watch. And it's only one day out of 365. If the worst comes to the worst you can watch 7-and-a-half hours of Live Snooker!

smileyt lives in North Carolina and I am sure with all the channels we get he will be able to find some that do not carry the wedding in spite of all the wedding "news" we have had on TV in the past month or so.

Well, I for one am looking forward to watching the wedding coverage. I will be getting up at 3am to see it. Yes, it's on a lot of channels, but there are plenty of others that aren't covering it.

Well I'll like seeing snippets on the news but have no desire to watch it for hours and hours Nice young couple good luck to them thats as far as my interest goes but surely if Smiley is in US it will be on outside daytime hours
Anyway we are getting a day off and I have no intention of using that precious time watching TV however the weather forecast has given wind rain and cold so not too sure what I'll do probable try and clear my attics a worthy job that gets passed over time and again
