Does anyone know of any cheap office space in Lowestoft or near by?

Basically no I don't, and it depends what you mean by cheap, and how big a unit you want, but just from the top of my head:

There are some empty shops on London Road south that may suit your purpose.  These would probably be your cheapest.

Or there may be some units to let at the Orbis Centre (the building next to the wind turbine). 

Or there may be some units to let at the Riverside Business Centre, Horn Hill, Lowestoft.

Those last two, while quite trendy, probably aren't cheap.  But then again cheap depends what you're comparing with.

Depends on the size.  But if its only a tiny office you want, you could always rent the kiosk unit inside the Weigh and Save shop!  Its cheap rent, but more importantly it includes all bills including business rates.
