Are you looking at a D I Y type or a service?
SWMBO swears by the "RUG DOCTOR" but as I am normally away when it is used I can not comment on its effectiveness though she does keep a pretty clean home

rug dr,hire it from morrisons B&Q home base and now something in qd but not sure what that one is called
