I have the MOT on my car done at the MOT Testing Centre @ the WDC Depot - Rotterdam Road (Tele:565626). They simply carry out the MOT - don’t sell anything for cars - so don’t have other interests in the vehicle. Any necessary work is carried out by the garage who maintains my car.

I've used Colville Rd (works) MOT Centre 01502 518912, many times. They seem very reasonable to me.
Also, if you need tyres or a new battery then the Kirkley Run Garage (rear of petrol station) have been v.good.

One of my vehicles is a large motorhome which limits the number of stations that can test it.
I use T and J commercials in Pinbush Road.

Carlton Motors, The Street, Carlton Colville are pretty good. An 'old school' garage (in a good way lol)

I use STS Holburn but I do all my own servicing and repairs as required (part of being an engineer I suppose)
