can anyone please help me ,am trying to find out about my relations, family names are bemment and lacey .bemment side were all either fishermen or worked on lowestoft fish market ?fish merchants,lacey side ,sea fishermen, church road area of lowestoft, one of my auntys became a fisher ,another one became a burgess, i belive these were all fishing familys my dads name was george also a fisherman became a skipper moved to cornwallin mid 50s,

My aunt and uncle were Harriet and Bert Bemment, they lived on Long Rd in a bungalow.Ollie Kemp had a shop in Beckham Rd when I was young.

Was friends with a Gordon Bemment in the fifties he lived Factory Street with his parents,both of his brothers were fish merchants on Lowestoft Fish Market,his sister married a George Lacey a fisherman they did move to Newlyn. Some years later I think it was Skipper George Lacey that caught a submarine in his trawl
