I have been getting this come up on a few posts - the ones posted by Gaz-H (Guest). It prevents me reading the rest of the thread. Is there a reason for this please?

That looks like one for Darren to sort. It would seem that any page with a post by a member where the account has been discontinued and which would have normally show up as a 'guest' before the system was out of action last week, now does this. Anything after that post on that page is not viewable because the error seems to 'crash' the loading of the page. By going to a subsequent page number and providing the first post is not from one of those entries it seems to load OK until it hits the same problem on that page if there is one. I have had a few of these where there were entries from Caz2 - (now no longer a member). Over to the experts.

Unfortunately the software that this site runs on is on its knees.
It is old and outdated, and the reason Darren hasnt updated it is because of all the changes he has made to the existing software to make it look and behave as it does today. This means that there 'will be' erros happening, and they will increase as time goes on.
In my view it would be better to take this site offline for 2 weeks and install new software from scratch; this would mean losing every post ever made, but would be better I feel in the long run for this site. However, it does mean a huge amount of work for Darren, and it is time that is the problem here.

Thank you boatbuilder and Cybertrax. It seems a shame this is happening because I have found the threads that are affected are really interesting and I have found it frustrating that I cannot read all the posts. I do hope something can be sorted out. Thanks again.
