Have you ever noticed, Pi (3.14) when reversed in a mirror actually spells PIE?

That could be a good selling point, Joe. If they priced it at $4 then when the person bought it they actually gave them 1cent change saying "It should only be $3.99 but I didn't want to insult your intelligence".
I suppose it's like the supermarkets now, nothing much seems to be priced at £--.99 any more.

Yes, the cones are that colour - but what you do not appear to have noticed (it was at night and that is the moon in the background, not the sun ) is that the traffic cone is standing ON THE ICE !

If you look at the variations of colour the girls SEE then look at what the boy see
The boys lump similar colours into one so only see a few of the "actual" colours in the spectrum
WELL that's how WE see it

This is so true. I once asked the priests in the Roman Catholic church near the library if I could go up their tower to see the view. Oh no, they said, insurance, too much risk. But people have gone up it for years, look, the signs are still there. That's as maybe, but our insurance doesn't allow it. But I trust God to see me OK, don't you trust in God? (I was a cheeky so & so back then!) Yes, but the insurance say no. Has there ever been an accident? No. So what's the problem? The insurance don't allow it. So who's the final authority, God or the insurance? (embarrased priest) I'm sorry, we can't let you up.
I wasn't impressed. What use is faith if not built on trust?

I spent Mon/Tues/Wed of this week in my hometown of St.Andrews. Fife (unfortunately to attend a family funeral) - although this was a sombre time I still nonetheless had my camera with me. I spotted this whilst having a stroll round the town looking at all those familiar sights which brought back memories of my youth. I thought ' how civilised they are up here'. Sorry about the reflections!!
