Sturman/Brundle
« Posted: 03 November 2009 at 01:15 AM »
Dad was born in Lowestoft in the 1920's he lived at 28 Cambridge Rd, The family then lived in Lovell Rd, then Tennyson Rd, then Beresford . Gran was a Brundle. I don't know of any Strurman's still in Lowestoft but I think that there are some Brundle's around does anyone know of them. Gran was Bessie Agnes Matilda Brundle Grandad was Laurence George Sturman.

My 86 year old cousin was a Sturman before she married .The family lived in Mutford before moving to Lowestoft where my cousin still lives.A girl I went to school with was Margaret Brundle but the family lived in Somerleyton where her dad was headmaster of the school there.

Bessie Brundle was my second cousin twice removed, but I never met her. I have been in touch with quite a few Brundles originating from Lowestoft during my family history research but none of them were from Lowestoft any more.
They are now spread all over the country, also Canada and quite a few in Australia
