The FAQ forum doesn't appear to have a 'New Topic' icon. Am I missing something or is it an oversight? It might explain why no questions have been posted.

Thankyou Meryl, I don't have a question to post though. I was just pointing out that the 'FAQ' forum is unusable at the moment, unless I'm missing something obvious. It certainly wouldn't be the first time I'd had a senior moment. Smiley

Not for me Meryl....though I think I might have lost the plot......where is the FAQ topic meant to be.....I cannot find it in the IT Suite.

If you go down the index to 'Help and Support', funkychick, you'll find 'Support Forum' followed by 'Frequently Asked Questions'. Click on it and you'll see there is no 'New Topic' icon to enable you to ask a new question. Meryl appears to have been able to start a new topic but how you do it without a 'New Topic' icon I don't know. It should be between 'Notify' and 'Post New Poll'.

My apologies for asking a silly question, I was missing something obvious. The FAQ forum is not for public use, it's to answer common questions once rather than every time they are asked. One more question, where's the embarressed smiley icon?
