Please could you give me some help with how to post photos to say the Dark room. I use an Apple pc and usually drag a photo to the email or direct the photo to an email which is normally no bother, however I am unable on this site. I am wondering if you have to use photo bucket or another facility. Please advise as I have never had to use the likes of photo bucket.
Many thanks suffolkboy.

The one which I use is PIXresizer

Ask Google for PIXresizer (nothing else) and it will take you to the free download.

I use VSO and have not had any problems.

There are lots of image resizing programs on the net some free (now that's a good price) others are paid for and have a few extra bells and whistles that all depends on what you need it for as in which you go for,

My advise would be to try each one and find that one you think is the best or fits into your way of using the computer.

Just as I see things.

I use Photobucket.  It's free and very easy to use.

Yes I agree to photobucket I have an account there and if you want to use a web host that is one way, to include pictures in an email VSO can be helpful, though windows live mail will give an option to re-size.

Many thanks to all of you who replied to my call for help,I looked at all the options and became more confused due to the fact that I was convinced that I had the facility somewhere within my own applications to resize. It needed me to walk away from the problem, email my friend Meg who pointed me in the right direction ,have some sleep to clear my head as I was getting so frustrated and angry and "bingo"this morning it seems so easy. Computers Angry Angry Angry or myself  Huh Huh
