Hello,
I'm a French student. This summer, I will stay five weeks in Lowestoft from the 25th of July to the 31th of August because I will work in the Park Pleasurewood Hills. I'm desperatly looking for a student accomodation. Does anybody have an adress or an advice? I'm thinking about a homestay for example (when a family, an inhabitant accepts toaccomodate someone). I heard that in England a lot of ministers, priests accept to accomodate foreigners for a long period... Does anybody have the adress of the priest(s) of Lowestoft so I can contact him (them)?
I already contact the Tourist Information and I have visited a lot of websites but I only found Bed&Breakfast, Guest Houses, hotels that are too much expensive for the salary of a student.
I hope you have understood what I'm looking for. I don't have a lot of time anymore to find an accomodation so I really thank you for your answers and your attention.

Have you thought about putting an advert in our local papers, the Lowestoft Journal/Waveney Advertiser stating what you want? You will have to pay but at least more people will see it and you may get some luck.
There is a website that you could put a free advert on, let me just find the link. http://property.uk.freeads.net/
There maybe something on there, or you can register and put your own advert on.

Looked on Globrix, its just an affiliate showing ads from spareroom and easyroomate. You still have to go through to those websites to actually see the ads, and Globrix make commission from those clicks.
Ive emailed Julien regarding the room, waiting to hear back.
